McDonald’s Redbox DVD Test Market Rollout

When this leading restaurant chain set out to open DVD vending units across the U.S., they built a robust database system to manage the development, deployment, and monitoring of the new locations. The Web-based system allows discrete, multiple levels of access that facilitates collaboration between decisionmakers. We worked with them to verify data sources, built custom reports, and coordinated communication among the stakeholders.

Client Profile
McDonald’s Corporation is the world’s leading food service retailer with more than 30,000 restaurants in 119 countries serving 47 million customers each day. Redbox automated DVD rental kiosks are now deployed in most major U.S. markets.
