Andrew Employee Benefits Communications

Benefits are a big part of employee compensation, but it can be challenging to communicate their value. Andrew Corporation rose to the challenge when it set out to convey details like 401(k) matching contributions and flexible health care spending accounts to employees. We worked with the company’s human resources director to introduce clear language and illustrations, which combined to make the material much less daunting. Out of this process came a year-round benefits newsletter, annual and new hire enrollment guides, and custom presentations that helped increase rates of enrollment in the group health plan and profit sharing trust.
