Client Services Administrator

We’re looking for an organized, service-oriented person for the position of Client Services Administrator. This person will work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on availability.
Status: Contract (1099—non-employee)
Location: From home (95%), in DuPage County, IL (5%)
Hours: Between 20 and 40 hours per week, by appointment, flexible according to your schedule
Responsibilities
• Access the Company's web-based tools for client and team support
• Input accurate marketing campaign content into online client accounts
• Coordinate client approvals of campaign content and scheduling
• Receive new client data from Sales Team, creating new accounts in online database
• Keep track of multiple client accounts, servicing each with courtesy and initiative
• Maintain a professional image with good communication, follow-up, and client care
• Cooperate with management as necessary to improve and document client services
• Communicate with clients about their campaigns and their content and timing
• Refer client concerns to management when appropriate
• Communicate effectively by phone and email with clients and team members
Required
• Experience working for a small business
• Willingness to take initiative in anticipating potential problems and proposing solutions
• Experienced with working in cross-functional teams, across departments
• Clear, pleasant phone voice and courteous, but natural, demeanor
• Time management skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Organization and multi-tasking ability
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Web-based software
• Outstanding attitude and positive mindset, geared to continuous improvement
• Ability to work from home 75–95% of the time while maintaining professional image
A resume is required, and 2–5 years experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate who shows commitment and dependability. Be prepared to discuss your work experiences and professional goals. Must provide business and personal character references.
Compensation
After an initial temp trial period, during which the candidate will work as a 1099 contractor, the position may be extended to a contract. For the right person, the job could be upgraded to a full-time salaried position and include admission to the Company's group health plan.
